Congratulations to Dr. Mohsen Amini for receiving funds from the National Science Foundation in the amount of $74,997. This funding is for a collaborative research project with CLOUDS lab at the University of Melbourne, Australia. Four students (2 undergraduate and 2 graduate) from UL Lafayette will travel to Australia to take part in this research project. This project will enable high quality and low-latency video streaming which is independent of the viewer's geographical location. This project will help undergraduate and graduate students from UL Lafayette to become highly skilled and globally engaged workforce.
